FC Virginia, an elite soccer club in the US Development Academy and National Premier League, held their Score for Hunger Food Drive, in partnership with Puma Elite, during their tournament on January 26 from noon to 9 p.m. at Dulles SportsPlex in Sterling, Virginia.
A grand total of 600 lbs. of food was collected during the one-day event, which is enough to provide 500 meals!
Our friends at Hilldrup helped organize the food drive and brought the donations to Dulles South Food Pantry.
