Our friends at FPI Management recently held a fundraiser to support Move For Hunger at 169 of their properties in California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Any resident who made a $25 donation to support our food rescue and hunger relief programs was entered into a raffle for a chance to win a free 
month's rent! A grand total of $4,335 was donated, and Jennifer Diaz from the Veranda La Mesa apartments in La Mesa, CA was the lucky winner!
FPI Management is a company that believes in lending a helping hand to important causes both on a local and national platform. As a member of our Multi-Family Apartment Program, when residents at participating FPI properties move out, they are given the opportunity to donate any non-perishable food they don’t want to take with them. One of our transportation partners volunteers to pick up all of the donations and delivers them to the local food bank.
Forty million Americans face hunger every day, including 1 in 6 children. Thank you so much to FPI Management for hosting this fundraiser and to all of the residents who donated!
