Want to make your food drive successful? Then, think BIG!! On top of asking your coworkers, classmates, friends, and neighbors for food donations, consider reaching out to the neighborhood grocery or convenience stores. Often times stores have non-perishable items that they may be willing to donate (especially food items that have passed or are about to pass their expiration dates– usually these food are still VERY good. Read more about expiration dates here).
