Celina Moving & Storage Helps Wright State University Students Move Out Hunger

May 7, 2018

Although we hadn't planned on holding a Move Out For Hunger food drive at Wright State University this year, the team at Celina Moving & Storage made it happen regardless.

The Atlas Van Lines agents provided student residents at the school's Lake Campus with boxes during their move-out week and asked them to donate any non-perishable items they didn't want to take home with them. Because of Celina Moving & Storage's initiative, 300 lbs. of food was donated to the C.A.L.L. Food Pantry - that's enough to provide 250 meals!

Nearly 10% of the population of Mercer County is food insecure, including 1 in 7 children. Thank you to the Celina Moving & Storage crew, and to the students at Wright State, for working together to make a difference.
