A-1 First Class Moving and Storage, an Atlas Van Lines agent, is on their A game! On September 19, A-1 First Class Moving and Storage teamed up with the New York Mets to host a hurricane relief food drive.
The food drive was held at Citi Field from September 19-21. In just three days they collected nearly 74,000 pounds of food, bottled water, and other supplies.
September was the most active hurricane month in the Atlantic on record and left parts of Texas and Florida devastated.
A-1 First Class Moving and Storage stepped up to the plate to help by donating their time and trucks. They delivered 34,900 lbs. of supplies all the way to Houston and hauled 39,000 lbs. from Queens to Florida.
